It was founded by Jyotish Mantreswar, Maharshi Dr.A.Gourmani Sharma with their flower in 1987 in the place of Maha Vishnu Temple at like a Tortoise figure (Kurmakhetra) village Chingdongleikai, Jiribam City, Imphal East District, Manipur. Jiribam is in the Western Boundary of Manipur with Cachar, Assam. (2)

1) A little story
Kalki Religious Movement follows a discipline line of traditional Bhakti to worship of Manipuri. They are :- Siva, Bramha, Mother Goddess and Avatar of Vishnu which is the incarnate of First Krishna Hari.
2) Meaning of Logo
i) Horse – White Hourse name Devadatta who can rise anywhere at a movement given by the Siva means web.
ii) Sour – Like the Comets who fill what will be happen surprise at the Globe, as surprise as to fill in the persons that it might true the flasher original name of Almighty God.

ii) Chanting main Mantras for worshiping are without speaking to the mouth, in the heart only. For Example :-

(1) Kling Krishnaya Gopi Ballavaya swaha.
(2) Dring Shring Gopijana Ballavaya swaha.
(3) Dring Radhakantaya Gopijana swaha.
(4) Om Namah Vagawate Basudevaya swaha.
Pronouncement mantras stepped from 32, 31, 30 as 6, 5, 4, 3 pronouncement mantra. Kling krishna./ Kling Rama, next 2 pronouncement mantra. Krishna./ Rama, next 1 pronouncement mantra is five alphabet.
From this one pronouncement mantra of five alphabetical have a singleness (original) name of four alphabetical pronouncement of the name of God. This four alphabetical pronouncement of the name of God is the original name of God. This mantra can be compare with biological science, mantra, tantra, yoga, philosophy etc.

6. A Master who give the knowledge of soul and Supreme Being are greater than our motherland.
7. A Master who gives the chanting name of Epoch’s charm after cleaning our heart and soul is greater than the Master who give the knowledge of soul and Supreme Being.
8. A Master who gives actual chanting name of God is greater than the Master who gives the chanting name of Epoch’s charm after cleaning our heart and soul.
9. Because actual chanting name of God is similar as God. Who give the original name of God is incarnate of God.

Rule of devotee
BELIEVE FIRST
- Believe first, we are mortal.
- Believe, soul is first, body is second.
- God is first, universe is second.
- Religion is first, communities culture are the next.
- We are affectionate to discernable.
- All eatable and drinkable are from our mother Earth. So, we must regard not for destroyed.
- We of all are from mother, not as a mushroom from the earth. Generation of the population will born from mother. So, we must respect to mothers (females).
- Run according to atmospheric temperature of the place. Example : (a) To run a bath in ice place may injure for health if not sweet able. (b) To run a bath in hot climatic place may clean for health. (c) To run a bath daily in water difficult area of hot climatic place might be difficult but needed to keep clean teeth, mouth, to waste face, hand and legs for keeping good health.
- All materials of Earth is seen by human eye. Heavenly products are cannot seen. So, our soul is not from earth. It might have their original home.
- We all are together in earth for their act. So, good behave to all in the short time of living.
MAIN PRINCIPLES
- Early awake in morning and performance of hygienic clean.

“KALKI Dharma” is founded by Jyotish Mantreswar Maharshi Dr.A.Gourmani Sharma in 1986. He is a Priest and worshiper of the handle of Conch, Chakra, Mace and Lotus, whitest color of four handed Lord Vishnu Jiribam, Manipur. He got many titles and awards from State, National, International, Some of them: Jyotish Vidya Ratna (Gold Medal), Jyotish Samrat, Jyotish Maharshi, Jyotish Mantreswar, Kamikshya Ratna (Gold Medal in Spiritual). Etc.

Gourmani Sharma, Jyotish Mantreswar, Jyotish Maharshi, Jyotish Samrat, Jyotish Bidya Ratna (Gold Medal), Kamakshya Ratna (Gold Medal). On the 31st International Astrology and Oriented Heritage Conference, 2008 held at Kolkata he made lecture at the title “Spiritual related with Astrology”. Where, he has been awarded Acharya Aryabhatta Award with Jyotish Samrat plus signified gold medal with Jyotish Bidya Ratna.
Eldest of four child of Late Pt.A.Gobinda Ballav Sharma. Dr.A.Gourmani Sharma is equally adept Sahitya Ratna in Sanskrit Literature, Ratna in Hindi Literature, Ayurved Ratna and too Arts Graduate of Manipur University.
“An Edition of New Era is Compulsory”. He outlined as a title of topic at the 35th International Conference, held lecture at Mahajati Sadan Auditorium, Kolkota at 5th Feb. 2012. On the occasion he has been awarded Jyotish Maharshi with Lord Ganapati Award.
On the 22nd June 2013, he has been won Kamakhya Ratna (Gold Medal) at the 8th International Tantra and Spiritual workshop held at Guwahati, Assam. On the occassion he makes lecture at the topic “Veda-Tantra-Vastu are related with Astro”.
As being a life member of Sarba Bharatiya Baidic Gabesana Parisad, Kolkota, yet he published a remarkable his own book “Declarration of Satya Juga” in English in 2008.
As on one angle, Manipur as being rich in the science of astrology from legendry, but on the trends of new epoch yet lag and no boom of any conference of large scale either International or National. Though Dr.A.Gourmani Sharma, a Manipuri was left Manipur for Bhubaneshwar shortly on Aug. 11th and 12th 2013. Where the 2nd National Astrological Conference that he makes lecture with might and main.
The conference is to be held under the Scientific Institute of Vedic Astrology at Mahanivas Auditorium, having delegates with eminent person from nook and corners of India and Abroad with dignitaries - Hon’ble Governors, Political Figures, Chancellors, Vice Chancellors of different Universities, Ambassadors, and Television Artists who made the conference successful. In the conference at Mahanivas Auditorium, the Scientific Institute of Vedic Astrology given the proud priviledge to confer Bright Star of Galaxy Award with the distinguish title of JYOTISH MANTREAWAR. He also confers the Title of DOCTORATE IN ASTROLOGY.
The 118th Birth Anniversary Jana Neta Hijam Irabot awarded him MAN OF THE YEAR-2014 on 30th September, 2014.
He was born on Aug. 13, 1955 at 9 AM (according to horoscope report) at a cosmopolitan village name Chingdongleikai, in a Bramhin Priest familly who worship the handle of Conch, Chakra, Mace and Lotus, whitest color of four handed Lord Vishnu Jiribam, Manipur. He started his Astrological career at his infant stage as an experiment by his noted father. It was along with his two brothers and a single sister too.
He got the lesion of enlighten knowledge during school and collegian life with a chance of spare time of his father. He produced a few thousands of horoscopes of both native and alien in different languages of Sanskrit, Manipuri, Hindi, Bangle, Assamese and English.
It was among the most narcissism Dr.A.Gourmani Sharma step on the foot mark of his father that a window of Astrological world was opened since six decade at a hillock lane of Jiribam, the picturesque region of Manipur and where a bit bordering of Cachar Dist. of Assam too.
